Paid orders are delivered to the customer within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

Paid orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and handed over to “LP Express” or “Omniva” couriers, who deliver the goods within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery by “LP Express” courier – €4.50
  • Delivery by “Omniva” courier – €4.50

Deliveries to the Curonian Spit are available only via Omniva parcel lockers.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

Returned goods must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and labels
  • Retain commercial appearance

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized goods
  • Opened hygiene products
  • Goods inseparably mixed with others

The Buyer bears return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

If goods are defective, the Buyer may request:

  • Repair
  • Price reduction
  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Contract termination
