- This oil can be used locally to target the joints and muscles, or used as a comforting daily massage oil for the whole body.
- Warm oil if desired to support nourishment and absorption.
- Massage into your whole body with firm, gentle pressure.
- Work your way from your hands and feet toward your heart. Use long strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints.
- Let absorb for 10–20 minutes, then shower to rinse. Careful not to slip!
