The practice of shirodhara is traditionally administered by an Ayurvedic practitioner, either on its own or as part of a more comprehensive therapeutic treatment. For those without access to a trained practitioner, we recommend using this oil to gently massage the temples—or the entire body—to promote calm and relaxation.
